5. What product categories do you offer? We offer three main categories: "Masterpieces" - pre-made designs of premium quality, "Pure Individuality" - customizable alignment sticks according to your wishes, and "Special Offers" - special offers and limited editions.
6. What are "Masterpieces"? Masterpieces are our pre-made premium designs with various color combinations such as red-blue-white, green-white, orange-white, white-light blue and black-white.
7. What does "Pure Individuality" mean? This category allows you to unleash your creativity and create your very own, individual alignment sticks.
Prices & Ordering
8. What are "Special Offers"? Special Offers include special offers, limited editions, and exclusive alignment sticks that are available for a limited time or in limited quantities.
9. How much do the alignment sticks cost? Our masterpieces cost €70.00 EUR. The customizable sticks in the "Pure Individuality" category cost €90.00 EUR.
9. Why is the price higher than for standard alignment sticks? The price reflects the use of genuine mahogany, 100% handcraftsmanship, and production in Germany. You receive a high-quality, durable product instead of mass-produced goods.
Manufacturing & Quality
10. Where are the alignment sticks manufactured? All our alignment sticks are manufactured in Germany – "Made in Germany" stands for the highest quality standards and precision.
11. How long does production and delivery take? The processing time is usually 8-10 business days. Shipping times are an additional 2-4 business days within Germany and 2-8 business days within the EU.
12. Are all the sticks identical? No, due to the handcrafted nature and the natural properties of mahogany, each stick is unique with individual grain and characteristics.
Shipping & Delivery
13. Which countries do you ship to? We ship within Germany and to all EU countries. International shipping outside the EU is currently not possible.
14. What are the shipping costs? Standard shipping within Germany: €9.90, within the EU: €19.90. Shipping is free for orders over €120.
15. How is my order shipped and can I track it? We ship via DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package.
16. What happens if goods are damaged or lost? Contact us immediately at shopify@bespokepars.com. For damaged goods, please send photos. For lost packages (after 14 days), we will check the status and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns & Complaints
20. Can I return my order? Yes, returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us beforehand at adm@bespokepars.com. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
