Shipping policy

1. General information on delivery
We deliver our products within [country/region] and internationally to selected countries. Deliveries are made via DHL and the processing time is usually 8–10 working days. 

2. Delivery charges & delivery options 
Standard delivery within Germany: €9.90 
Shipping within the EU: €19.90  
International shipping: UK €29.90  
Free delivery:

For orders of €120 or more within Germany and the EU. 
For orders of €140 or more to the UK. 

3. Delivery times 
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination: 
Standard delivery: approx. 2–8 working days 
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control. 

4. Delivery restrictions 
We do not currently deliver to the following countries/regions: All countries outside the EU, with the exception of the UK.

5. Parcel Tracking 
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time. 

6. Damaged or lost orders 
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@bespokepars.com. 
Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution. 
Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or a refund. 

7. Returns & Complaints 
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at adm@bespokepars.com to arrange a return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. 
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
